The office part of the building consists of three levels: on the first floor there is an entrance area, archives and a mail department, and on the second and third there are office spaces with workplaces, meeting rooms, recreation areas, a dining room, a conference room and other premises.

The peculiarity of the workspace on the second floor was that natural light was located only along one long side of the room. Therefore, it was decided to place workplaces near the windows, and meeting rooms, recreation areas and utility rooms were organized along the unlit part of the space

Next to the elevator hall on the third floor, meeting rooms are located for meetings with external visitors, suppliers and contractors. This made it possible to separate the flow of people so that office guests could comfortably hold meetings with employees without interfering with the internal processes of the company. The design of these meeting rooms was done using the identity of the Metro Cash&Carry company’s own brands.

The dining area is located in the center of the building, so that it is convenient to access it from any end of the office. The canteen has a separate room with refrigerators and household appliances where employees can prepare food and store food. The use of modular furniture in this area allows it to be used not only as a room for eating, but also as a place for informal events.

The directorate area is located in the center of the building on the third floor. In addition to workplaces, there is a large meeting room for presentations and meetings, a waiting area, and a separate kitchenette with a bathroom. a unit and a wardrobe and a reception desk for secretaries.

The conference room can be transformed using mobile partitions and turn into three separate rooms for negotiations and presentations. The ceiling of the room is decorated using special acoustic panels that perform both decorative and technical functions.

A gym with squash courts and gymnastics halls is located on the third floor of the building. The space of the gym is separated from the volume of the pool area by a glass partition, which provides a visual connection of the spaces.

The fourth level of the complex includes mezzanine gyms and squash courts. Also from this level you can get to the spacious terrace on the roof of the building.
